This is an awesome system taylored for person suffering from Aphasia! The Lingraphica company website on the other hand, makes no reference of price and do you blame them when they are charging that much?The computer is an Apple Powerbook 1.33 GHz PowerPC G4 iBook notebook with 512MB and it is in pristine condition... see the video and photos!!But that being said, the real value here is the Lingraphica converstion!!You get the Laptop and the power supply... the power supply has a long cord AND a little plug that you can use instead of the long cord to plug it directly into the wall instead of having the cord from the power supply to the wall... see video #3 below for a demo of this.You get 2 complete manuals... one is titled "Getting Started" and the other is titled "Using the Lingraphica".This system was sold new in 2005 and the original packing slip stating this is enclosed.  It was only owned by the person who bought it new (see the videos below for an explanation of how I know this).  As you can see from the videos and photos, it is in totally perfect condition!!The laptop bag has the Lingraphica logo embroidered on it.You also get a USB trackball.You can go to the Lingrpahica website above for a demo of the software and also be sure to view the youtube movies below in their entirety for a demo of the computer as well as footage showing the excellent condition of the hardware!!A few months ago, I obtained a Dynavox desktop computer with similar software on it for use by person with Aphasia, and I sold it on EBAY and here is the feedback that the buyer of that high value system left.... he was very happty with the deal...Great!
