WARRANTY YES (SEE BELOW) PHYSICAL SPECS 8.8 lbs 1.6" x 15.5" x 11.3"       (these pictures are generic and not representative of the specific system for sale in this auction)   I personally inspected this system and it has some scratching on the metallic top of the system (see pic.)  There are no scratches on the LCD, any dead pixels, etc.  The inside is flawless.  Only the top exterior is less than perfect.  It does not affect functionality in anyway.  The system is covered by a three year Dell next-business-day warranty and will make someone a very nice system for many years to come.      I will accept returns if customer is unhappy with the condition in any way.   Also, upgraded the OS to x64.  Will include exact DVD copies of the Dell OEM x64 installation disc.     QUICK-CLICK FAQ: (click the question to expand the answer)   Q. What does "Recertified" mean? How are they different from new systems? A: This is the most misunderstood parts of our business.  Many customers assume these systems are used junk with one foot in the grave.   Big mistake. The truth is that every system we sell came directly from Dell and was put through the same rigorous testing process that they give their new systems.  The majority came to us as a result of a customer taking advantage of Dell's 21-day return policy.  Some systems were even cancelled before they ever left the factory!  Every system was inspected and prepped by Dell with a clean installation of Windows installed at the factory, just like a new computer would have.  You won't get someone's leftover spyware or viruses.   We have sold hundreds of these systems and each was inspected and tested before it left our facility.  We will not ship a system that does not meet our own personal standards.   The most important point is that each Dell Workstation comes with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty, the same as a new workstation.  Dell guarantees each system will work perfectly for 3 years.  How does it get any better than that?? Still concerned?  Look at our feedback.  We have been selling these system for years.  If we were selling junk, then where are all the angry customers that "got shafted"?  The truth is if we just sold these systems as "new" no one would know the difference and we'd make a lot more money.  These Precision WorkStations are top-shelf products that any demanding professional will love.  Don't pay full price for the same or worse computer!     Q. Can you upgrade or swap parts on a system to make it right for me? A: Absolutely!  Because we specialize in high-end Dell Workstations, we maintain an inconceivable amount of high-quality parts on-site to accommodate our customer's requests without triggering a long lead-time.  We view upgrades as a means to facilitate a sale, so we often offer the parts at our-cost in order to make the sale.  Professional installation is always provided as a courtesy.  RAM is our most popular Workstation upgrade, followed closely by hard drives and optical drives.  These type of common upgrades do not require long lead times, so please feel free to inquire what is available using the CONTACT MEMBER link. Due to the cost, we do not keep second processors on-hand.  However, we can provide you with all the information you need to do the upgrade yourself, including part #s and pricing from Dell. Also, feel free to contact us with requests for specific workstations.  We usually have systems in-stock that have not yet been listed.   Q. How long does it usually take for you to ship? When will I receive it? A: You will NOT be left in the dark as to the status of your purchase. When you purchase, we receive a text message and get right on processing your order.  Usually you will have an email informing you we have linked a tracking # to your Paypal transaction, sometimes within minutes depending on the time of day.  You can view it by logging into your Paypal account.  Additionally, within 24 hours Fedex will email you with the tracking #.  We configure our Fedex shipments to email you when it is shipped, delivered, or encounters a problem.  For orders placed during the week, nearly every order ships the same-day.  If it was too late in the day, or your system required special configuration, it ships the next day.  We use Fedex Ground.    Q. My system just crashed and I need a new one ASAP.  Can you bail me out!? Getting the warranty transferred to my company is very important.  How can I do it?
