WARRANTY AND RETURNS Warranty is based on the condition of the item listed in the auction.  See item condition explanations above. Any item we sell that is not working properly when received by the buyer will be covered under the terms of our guarantee. This item should be returned to seller at buyers expense. This item will be tested to determine condition. If items is not working and there are no obvious signs of physical damage, at our discretion the item will be repaired, exchanged for similar item, or your money will be refunded.  Buyer must notify seller within 7 days after receiving the item of any problems than may require a return. We do not cover the following conditions under our guarantee: buyers inability or lack of  experience to install and/or use the equipment purchased, buyers attempt to use equipment purchased in some special application that may require new equipment only, buyers inability to configure, attach item to other equipment or items that were damaged during shipping.  In the last case item will be shipped back to buyer and buyer will need to issue a claim with the shipping company.
