Unfortunately, I have to sell it.It comes with LCD tablet itself, the Cintiq partner (a separate tablet), the monitor stand, power adapter, drivers cd, vga adapter, pen and pen stand.  It also has a specially made carrying case (heavy duty impact plastic with form fitted foam inside) to keep the Cintiq safe for traveling & shipping. Padlocks are keycoded and can be reset.The 18sx monitor is clean and bright. Works great as a secondary or primary monitor. You can adjust it to different angles and even remove it from the stand to put it on your lap and draw. Take it with you and use with your laptop in different locations – comes with the case to make you mobile. Use the Cintiq partner with the Cintiq to have a tablet on a second monitor alongside the 18sx or use it as a separate tablet. Almost like 2 for the price of 1. They go together or can be split up to be used on different machines.This works with the WIndows and Mac operating systems.If you know a great value when you see it, then don't let this one slip by. For the money, it beats buying a separate tablet and for the price why settle for one of the smaller sized Cintiq's or pay big money for the 20' or 21'? For all the features included, it's really a steal. Plus, think about your work flow - I'm like Goldilocks with this one - it's surface area is just the right size - large enough screen to work with and small enough to work with on your lap as an electronic drawing board. It's got the right feel to it. I'm selling "as-is" due to the fact that it is out of warranty, but will guarantee "no doa".
