It has never been registered, and it is in perfect condition. It has everything that came with it, and will be shipped in the original box. It has been used less than an hour total, probably close to 1/2 hour.  I've previously used a non-Cintiq Wacom tablet (i.e. it's not a monitor as well), and got this with the intention of using it for animation projects. I set it up to test it and play with it, and drawing directly on the screen is an awesome experience. However, I didn't get another animation project before another event: my engagement.
