That sinking feeling means that you have wasted your hard earned money and now you will either have to buy a new system or settle for mediocre framerates and performance.  At Vorpal Edge Systems we find what we call the sweet spot.  The sweet spot is defined as the most performance that you can get for a reasonable amount of money.  The sweet spot can be found in many ways, but the mission of our company is to find the sweet spot and provide the maximum amount of upgradeability to your system.  What this means is that you spend the least amount of money and get the best value and performance.  Plus, if you want to upgrade a year later you can add a 2nd video card, hard drive, or faster RAM for half the price of what it costs now.  This will allow you to have a fully functional amazingly fast computer for less money. We consider this the perfect system. We say perfect because it is the perfect balance of performance, cost, and flexibility.  Example, you purchase a $1500 system and a year later you purchase a second hard drive, video card, and faster RAM.  The best part about it is that next year the hardware will be half the price.  Over the years we have perfected the art of when to buy certain components so that the performance we receive doesn't have an excessive pricetag.  It doesn't make sense to spend $1000 more to make your system 5% faster just to have bragging rights (at least in our opinion).  What I'm saying is that you can get expertly crafted gaming rigs and expert advice by sticking with our company.  We've been gaming since early 80's and our company's passion has been to consistantly have the fastest PC for the best available price.  Once you buy a Vorpal Edge System you will never go anywhere else. Warranty       Vorpal Edge Systems Warranty Policy The Vorpal Edge Systems warranty covers all our custom computer systems against defects in materials and workmanship for three year labor, and one year parts from the date the computer ships, and lasts for 1 year (12 months). After your warranty expires, it is important to note that many of our components will still carry a manufacturer warranty up to 3 years, and memory has a lifetime warranty. Once your warranty expires with Vorpal Edge Systems, you must deal directly with the manufacturer to obtain warranty service for a component. All claims for warranty service must be made during the term of the warranty. Labor Warranty Every Vorpal Edge system includes a 3 year labor warranty. This includes labor costs for upgrades purchased trough Vopral Edge systems should you wish to make upgrades to your computer.  See the Limitation of Liability section below for exceptions to this coverage. Limitation of Liability Vorpal Edge Systems is not liable for damages or costs that are the result of accidents, misuse, disaster, or abuse of your computer. All warranties will be Void if the computer case is opened by customer. This includes modifications, overclocking, BIOS or firmware updates. Repairs made to your system by anyone else other than Vorpal Edge Systems with out Vorpal Edge Systems approval. Vorpal Edge Systems is not responsible for any losses or complications that arise as a result of a computer failure or a delay in production or repair of your system. Parts Warranty All Vorpal Edge Systems includes one year parts warranty. All components are tested for stability and performance before they ship. If a component fails or is found to be defective and is reported during this term, Vorpal Edge Systems will repair or replace the defective part(s) with new or reconditioned part(s) at our discretion. If a certain part is not being manufactured anymore or that part is unavailable we will replace a the defective part with similar performance and specification. Return for Repair Computer systems are generally repaired within 7 to 10 business days after we receive delivery. If any replacement parts needed are not in stock, that will add to the total time needed to complete the repair. Replacement parts If we find that a part is defective, and you are capable of swapping out the part yourself, we can just send a replacement part out to you as an advance RMA or cross-shipment. This advance replacement must be secured by a credit / debit card (generally trough PayPal or another 3rd party billing service). If the defective part is not returned within 15 days from the time the replacement part is shipped out to you, your deposit for the RMA advance will not be refunded to you. With all advance RMAs, Vorpal Edge Systemsis not responsible for any damages stemming from improper installation of the new part. It is your responsibility to know how to safely work with the hardware you are replacing, and if you do not have the knowledge or experience, you should not attempt to swap out a part on your own. Component purchases are not eligible for advance RMA. Shipping Warranty You are responsible for shipping costs to ship your computer system back to Vorpal Edge Systems for repair. You may choose any carrier you wish to send us your computer system for repair. It is recommended that you purchase shipping insurance when you send the computer back for repair, as we are not resposible for lost mail.  System MUST BE properly package to protect it against damage during shipping. All systems must be shipped back using the original packaging materials and with RMA number & RMA form which will be provide for you. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from improper packaging . If you send us the computer packaged in anything else than its original packaging or in improper packaging you will be charged for the cost of the shipping materials to get it shipped back to you. If a system is returned for upgrade work only, you must pay for shipping both ways. Also, if you've exceeded your  1 year parts and labor warranty, and you are now covered only by the labor warranty, you will have to pay for shipping both ways.Once repairs are completed, we will return your computer system at our cost back to you by a carrier of our choice using one of their budget shipping methods (e.g. UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail 2-3 days), depending on where you live and whichever is faster.
