(see warranty statement)   2.)     If a replacement item is purchased for the purpose to minimize down time, Horizoncomp pays to ship the warranty item back to Horizoncomp and once evaluated & warranty claim validated a credit is issued for the warranty item not including shipping costs.   3.)   If a replacement item is purchased for the purpose to purchase a second unit for back-up, Horizoncomp pays to return the item & once the warranty claim is validated and the item is repaired, Horizoncomp will ship the item back to the customer on a Horizoncomp UPS ground account.   2.)        Warranty Items as valid DOA (including CTW):   A.)             The item is shipped back to Horizoncomp on a Horizoncomp account, evaluated to determine a valid DOA.  Once the DOA is validated the item is repaired or a replacement is shipped back to the customer on a Horizoncomp UPS ground account.   B.)             If the customer wants to return the item for credit, the item will be shipped back to Horizoncomp on a Horizoncomp account, evaluated to determine a valid DOA.  Once the DOA is validated an 75% credit is issued which reflects a 25% restocking fee   C.)             If a replacement item is purchased for the purpose to minimize the customer down time Horizoncomp will ship the defective unit back on a Horizoncomp account and simultaneously ship the replacement unit to the customer using the same shipping method as used when ordered on a Horizoncomp account.  The defective unit will be inspected and once DOA status is validated the original unit will be credited as the full purchase price for the unit not including the shipping.   D.)             If a replacement unit is purchased for the purpose to own an additional unit as a back up the defective unit will be shipped back to Horizoncomp on a Horizoncomp shipping account and simultaneously Horizoncomp will ship a replacement unit to the customer on a using the customer’s shipping account.  Once the unit has been received by Horizoncomp and the DOA is validated the unit is repaired according to repair policy and returned to the customer on a Horizoncomp account via UPS ground.   3.)   AS-IS:                A.)         There is no warranty on any AS-IS condition item(s).   ALL DOA CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN (5) DAYS OF RECEIPT!!   4.)  Damaged Shipments:   A.) Customers are responsible to reject shipments if the box looks seriously damaged. If shipment was received damaged the customer is responsible to contact the shipping company to file a damaged shipment claim. If a customer needs a replacement the customer will have to purchase again. The shipping company will be responsible for the refund on a damaged shipment.     B.)  We recommend that heavy shipments be shipped freight to ensure no shipping damages. If customer chooses not to ship freight we are not responsible for shipping damages and customer will need to contact the shipping company to file a damaged shipment claim. If the customer needs a replacement product, they will need to purchase again. It will be the shipping company’s responsibility to refund the customer for a damaged shipment.   5.)  Reminders:           A.) Customers need to keep all packing material in case there is a problem with the product.            *ALL SALES ARE FINAL*   NOTE:   If there is a problem with a product that is still under warranty and Horizoncomp cannot fix the problem or have a replacement then a credit will be issued to the customer.   Any unauthorized work on the unit(s) renders the warranty NULL & VOID!
