Description
I sell USED (in very good condition) LT-777 toner / cartridge analyzer, which I used 4 years in my shop for testing toners. It works great (no damage on machine or cradles). With machine I also give 20 cradles for testing different types of toners + operation and cradle manuals. You will also recive LT-777 DENSOMETER for free!! If you have any question, please contact me.   Description: The LT-777 is compatible with most of the popular cartridges on the market today. It replaces the need for more than 30 different test printers, including  HP1320 and HP 1010 as well as soon-to-be-released cradles for the other HP printers. It also conducts an in-depth examination of the condition of each critical component within the cartridge, eliminating the need for a drum and PCR tester. Even the smallest pin hole and wear in the drum, PCR or corona wire, that are undetectable in a printer can be electronically magnified with the LT-777. Toner density, coverage and consistency issues resulting from the condition of the developing (mag) roller and doctor blade, is instantly detected. The analyzer also performs a thorough test of the wiper blade, which is especially important for pre-testing.An extensive test on all components and the complete cartridge is achieved within 60 seconds and problems are detected in a matter of seconds. Troubleshooting cartridge component problems with the typical testing process can require 15 to 20 minutes. The LT-777 provides instant results and significantly shortens testing time, making it a priceless tool for both pre- and post-testing. It enables the remanufacturer to detect a faulty component before it is completely remanufactured, thereby saving reprocessing time after post-testing. The test process is indisputably the most critical stage in cartridge remanufacturing. Many companies invest extensively in training of actual remanufacturing techniques, but neglect the final stage — testing. A thorough testing procedure will help ensure customer satisfaction and give the remanufacturer peace of mind. Using the LT-777 can complement the remanufacturer's uncompromising standard for quality workmanship.
