Other than a little dent on the DVD rom, its basically like new. You can check the Alienware website for an item exactly like this and it will cost you more than 3000 dollars (I bought it 3 months ago for 3300). The reason I'm selling this is simply I was not satisfied with a 15 inch so I bought a new 17 inch Alienware.The item is still complete with the original Alienware handbook which includes the user manual, a respawn CD, a support CD, and a software CD which include freewares such as nero. I have respawned (reformat) the software so it is as close as possible to factory condition (when I have first turned it on for the first time). The software is basically in factory condition other than the first username setup. Note that you can make it into factory condition by respawning it again with the respawn CD provided (Its very easy, trust me). Other than the handbook, you will also get an Alienware backpack, Alienware case and an Alienware mousepad (All bought directly from Alienware). I have used this for gaming and it has performed well without any glitches.
