This is a bid solicitation for a brand new 15 inch "DIY" touch screen panel kit that is used to covnert convert your LCD display to be a touch-screen! It comes with a 15" Touch Panel, a USB adapter, a USB cable and a CD w/driver for Windows XP and Windows 2000. Note: There are is no step-by-step instructions included. We assume a buyer has basic knowledge of how to "DIY". However, here are the is basic procedures to install the kit (not recommended for laptop): Here is basic procedures to install the kit:(note: the TS panel must be installed inside of the LCD case. It's not designed for outside overlay) Open your LCD cover to take the LCD out with care. Do not apply too much force to the LCDscreen as it's very delicated. Place the Touch-Screen on top of the LCD panel. A tape or silicon glue may be required to hold the position of the panel.  Connect the USB adapter to the TS connector and pull out the cable fromthe back of the LCD panel Close your LCD front panel carefully. Sometimes the front panel may not close completely; this is  normal for to some models. Note: you may need to come up with your own solution to insure the front panel tight and closes tightly.
